There is certainly a science behind creating the perfect bowl of ramen: a melding of the perfect umami and richness of broth, hardness of noodles and the textural and flavor elements that different topping lend to the bowl. At Fukuryu Ramen, we don’t take this lightly.
We take meticulous care into crafting each bowl, made to order. Recipes passed down from generations of ramen chefs in Japan, along with our noodles made to our own recipe and locally sourced ingredients allow us to create mouthwatering noodle bowls within the kitchen of each location.
